I just sent JJ to the store to get ingredients for my smoothie. I used to drink one every day and got out of the habit, but I've made it for Chloe before and she loved it so I want to start up again for both of us. My smoothie is simple...one container of strawberry yogurt, one banana, a handful of strawberries, splash of milk (or more like half a cup) and ice. I like it a bit thick so sometimes I put it in the freezer for a bit before drinking it. Mmmm!
AR has been stealing my spinach smoothies lately! 3 cups spinach, 1 cup almond milk, banana, 1 cup fruit your choice, 10 ice cubes and sweetner of your choice....sugar, splenda, pudding mix.
I will really try to do a post on our favourite smoothies soon!! I haven't made one in a while because our blender is away while our house is getting work done on it but Lids was really enjoying them and a good way to fill her with nutrients she won't eat otherwise.
